Laval can be proud of its cheese factory, which is the first traditional cheese factory in town. The main products of the Fromagerie du Vieux Saint-François are yogurt, but also and especially fresh and refined goat milk cheeses.
The cheese factory allows visitors to attend the transformation of the milk into cheese. By reservation, you can have a guided tour to learn about the different handmade products and their transformation. On a nice day, visitors can even see the goats outside, which will make children happy.
