The Auteuil and Saint-François districts are both located in eastern Laval. Even though they are both lined with the rivière des Mille-Îles, the Saint-François district also enjoys the rivière des Prairie. In this area of Laval, you will especially find attractions which, in one way or another, "feed" on the soil. You will easily find horses, apples and cheese. Auteuil also enjoys part of the Route verte, which stops, or starts, in Laval, on the Athanase-David bridge. This bridge leads to the Laurentides region.
