The Vieux-Sainte-Rose is part of the Sainte-Rose district and livens up summer and winter alike, according to popular events. The Symposium de peinture et de sculpture de Rose-Art gives visitors the chance to meet different sculptors, see them at work in the outdoors, share their passion and even buy their artworks.
In the Vieux-Sainte-Rose, you can also attend the Huge Island Bonfire, one of the largest firework demonstrations in Canada. These fireworks take place at the Berge des baigneurs, near the Marius-Dufresne bridge.
